Merry Christmas, everyone! The Keyboard Zombie Kitchen has been busy again, and while my turkey’s in the oven (a little late; I overslept somewhat), I thought I’d share a picture of my Yule Log.

For those who don’t know, it’s basically a chocolate swiss rule covered in a thick (and so, so tasty) dark chocolate ganache/frosting to simulate bark, then sprinkled with icing sugar snow. My first time making anything like this, but I’m quite happy with how it looks.

I also have a little tupperware box of the ganache left, so I’m currently pondering whether I should make something else with it. Or, y’know, just eat it with a spoon.
